RETURNS POLICY
Any eligible product for return shall be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order unless said product is faulty, mis described or mislabelled. Returning goods require an RMA, contact returns@endless-aisles.com with your order number, details and reason for return, Endless Aisles offer free returns for standard shipping by funds reimbursement, customers are expected to initially pay for the return and then forward the postal receipt to returns@endless-aisles.com once the item has been received and checked then both the item cost and shipping costs shall be returned to the customer, Endless Aisles reserves the right to dismiss a return if it feels the return is fraudulent, does not meet return requirements set forth below.
When a return may not be accepted;
If the item is damaged, dirty, missing items or is in an unsaleable condition. ( statutory rights with faulty items overrides this )
The original packaging, labels not with the item.
No receipt (proof of purchase) a return may still be granted if your order can be confirmed however, it is at the discretion of Endless Aisles whether this is a partial refund or a full credit to use on our website.
The return address is provided inside our shipping packages, however these details are also provided on our website and/or by contacting the returns department , return costs are covered by Endless Aisles by reimbursement when the item has been received and checked.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Endless Aisles does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, beauty, hygiene and underwear. Which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Endless Aisles reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
